2002年06月:兰州大学资源环境学院自然地理专业,获学士学位;
2005年06月:兰州大学资源环境学院自然地理专业,获硕士学位;
2008年06月:中国科学院遥感应用研究所地图学与地理信息系统专业,获博士学位;
2011年05月:中国科学院青藏高原研究所,博士后出站;
2011年10月:中国科学院青藏高原研究所,助理研究员;
2012年07月:中国科学院青藏高原研究所,副研究员

主要从事陆面过程模型发展、陆面数据同化、以及高原水文气象学等领域的研究工作。在国内外期刊发表论文数篇。曾为国际期刊J. Climate,J. Hydrometeorol., Int. J. Appl. Earth Obs.审稿。

研究成果有:提高了陆面过程模型对干旱半干旱区地表温度和能量分配的模拟精度;建立青藏高原和中国北方干旱半干旱区试验站土壤水热性质数据库,发展了考虑土壤有机碳影响的土壤导热率参数化方案;基于集合卡尔曼滤波和粒子滤波,发展了同化AMSR-E微波信号的陆面数据同化方案。
